Cancel your membership

Do you want to cancel your membership? We are of course very sorry about this, but you must have a good reason for this. Below you can read how to cancel your membership:

You can only cancel your membership by filling in the form below! This is possible until May 1 of the current season. You will receive a confirmation of receipt of your cancellation of your membership. If not, your cancellation has not been processed. So keep an eye on this! All other ways of unsubscribing, such as unsubscribing from the trainers or the Technical Committee, do not count as cancellation! If cancellation is not made before May 1, the membership fee for the following season will be charged.

In case of early termination of membership, a request can be submitted to the treasurer for a refund of part of the membership fee paid. This is only possible in the event of a move, pregnancy or a long-term injury. In that case, the contribution will be charged for the current month in which the cancellation is made, plus the following 2 months. This is in connection with the costs that GKV has to comply with, among others, the KNKV and the municipality.
